My Best Friend's Noona
He had read the letter so many times that there is a possibility he could already recite it to those who ask him how his best friend is word for word. He was so excited that he went straight to his room to read it.
Sanghyun said that he's doing well and that he enjoys the constant company his little brother is giving him. Apparently, the young one resembles him a lot. Not physically, of course, but attitude and personality. He can feel that his friend has grown fond of the young one but feels a bit hesitant towards the older sister.
"I am still trying to convince my parents if you all could visit me even for a short period of time. My brother told me he'd help me too! That's very comforting since he's really adorable and my parents love him so much so there's a fifty-fifty chance of them approving." He seemed a bit irritated by their behaviour towards him.
Now that he has calmed down and saw reason, he finally understand the actions of their parents.
Like any other afternoon, he's out in their front yard dutifully fulfilling his training even though his headstrong mate is away. At this moment he's enjoying the shade of the tree for a moment before going back to the routine, reading the letter again. Now, he's imagining his soft voice speaking and smiling from time to time on some parts where he imagines him to be shouting at him.
"What are you smiling at?"
Jiyong looks up from the special piece of paper to find his best friend's older sister smiling down at him brightly.
"Heh, nothing. I am just imagining Sanghyun glaring and shouting at me when he wrote this part." Pointing at the letter. When Dara sat down beside him, he remembered that some parts of the letter is about her so he folded it back together and put it in his pocket. "Do you have a new letter for me?"
"Jiyong, you won't even ask how I am? Are you only that excited to see me because of the letter am supposed to give you?" She pouted and crossed her arms in front her chest which now was looking as if it would burst out of the too fitted shirt she's wearing. Realizing that he has been staring at his best friend's sister's errr, realizing that he has been staring at his best friend's sister, he coughed and looked away.
"Err, sorry about that. I didn't mean to. Would you like some tea?" He asked, while coming to his feet to go back in the house. "Need help?" He offered his hand to her, being the gentleman that he was.
She smiled demurely at him and took his hand. "Thanks!"
They walk back in the house. It was empty for his folks had just gone somewhere a few hours ago. His friends are nowhere insight as well. He's guessing they are still sleeping for they had quite a drink last night. It was Seungri's birthday and he decided to throw some drinks in and have some fun last night. He surely enjoyed it but since Sanghyun isn't around he had no one to tease.
"Wait a second, I'll get the tea. If you could just wait in the living room?"
"No, it's okay. I'll just go with you. I feel uneasy to be left alone." She shivered. Dara put her arms around her and rub her arms up and down in attempt to lessen the cold. It was not winter yet but the season is already bit by bit trying to make itself known.
"May I wash my hands?"
"Sure, here..." He gestured to the sink while he puts the kettle of tea on the stove.
"Thanks!" She glided towards the sink, opposite the stove. He noticed that Sanghyun's sister was an updated version of hers. Their late sister, who died a year ago. Jiyong's girlfriend. She is three years older than her though. He suddenly imagined his late ex-girlfriend growing into a sexy lady just like her sister, and blushed at the thought.
He stared at Dara's back. She's wearing a really short dress, muck like what her little sister wears but more fitted and looked as if it's about to hike up more if she going to keep moving... the way she's moving... His eyes followed the long smooth creamy legs, from her ankles up to the end of her short dress.
The sink is bit lower than usual and so she had to bend a little bit over it to reach the hand soap. As a result her dress, really did, hike up more revealing a lacy undie which made Jiyong's eyes round and his ears red.
He turned around to look away from the scene. His heart beating really fast while his mind seemed to have memorized the contours and shapes of Dara's body.
He heard a sudden gush of water and a soft squeal. "Oh god!"
When he looked back around him, he saw her half-drenched, from the upper front part of her dress down to the end of her torso.
"Oh my, I'm sorry! I didn't know how to work it out so I just turned it and then it suddenly-"
"It's okay." Jiyong got the kettle first off the stove, turning the fire off in the process, then strode towards one of the cabinets to get a towel. "Here you go--"
Jiyong was frozen on the spot, in front of the girl, gaping at the state of her. She's half-drenched but when he decided to come up in front of her, he didn't know that she wouldn't be wearing her upper undie.
And since she's drenched with cold water, her dress was hugging her to the point that it is already showing the outline of her body and a peek of her now seems to be taut nipples under the wet dress. "Oh my god. I really am sorry. I messed your floor up!"
She then gets the towel from him but instead of using it to try drying herself, Dara pushed Jiyong backward, "Go and get some more towels please?" She said, then gets down on her knees and started rubbing the towel on the pool of water on the floor. Doing so, Jiyong had the perfect view of her backside, lacy white underwear.
Blinking profusely, he tried to get his mind to work properly again and whacked his head. 'Jiyong, pabo-yah! That is your best friend's and ex-girlfriend's sister! You should not do that!'
He hastily went back to the cabinet and got some more towels. Then joined his Dara down the floor and start wiping it dry too.
"It's okay, really," Jiyong started. He decided that he shouldn't be letting her wipe the floor with him. "Go there in the living room."
"Nope, I want to help." She insisted.
He looked up to smile at her which now he regretted for in front of him, she is on fours, a determined look on her face as she wipes the floor. He can see her cleavage from where he is and the soft bounce the two round breasts make as it's owner move its hands to wipe the floor clean.
His eyes was fixated on it for a short while. He didn't notice the lips of the same girl lightly turned up on the side, as if smirking on the floor.
Jiyong rushed to get up and forced his eyes away. He really should just stay away from her right now. "Err, j-just leave it, N-noona. I'd do it later."
He marched towards the sink to wash the towel letting the cool water clean his mind and slow down his hammering heart.
"Here.." Dara's sultry voice was so near, as if she just murmured near his ear that it made the hair at the back of his neck rise up. "And it's totally fine." He finds two hands around him holding the two wet dirty towels. The hands, as if by slow motion, slowly put the towels down on the sink. All he felt at that time is how her body pressed against him.
He can feel her soft full bosom pressed on his back. He was so flustered that he accidentally elbowed her in attempt to push her away from him. "Mian.. Ugh, sorry. Sorry. Noona. Err," refusing to look at her, he added. "Your brother left So Hee's robes in her room, if you could just follow me, I could show you to her room and maybe you can find a dress that would fit you. That outfit is totally drenched."
"Could I also take a shower?"
"Okay. It's upstairs too." He mumbled, leading her up the second landing.
"Here's the bathroom, and that one is So Hee's room. Lemme get a robe. Just a minute."
"Here... So I'd just go get you back after you showered and dressed..."
He stayed downstairs and didn't come up 'till he was sure he couldn't hear the shower running anymore. When he was sure enough that's she's done, he walked up the stairs and went straight to his room to get his towel and have his shower. He turned the knob and pushed the door slightly open, only to see Dara drying herself. He saw everything, leaving none to his imagination.
He ran back to his room and decided to just have a shower later. Finally, he heard her walk to So Hee's room, to get dressed.
He waited 'till she finally come to his room and knocked, "Jiyong, I'm done!"
He didn't open his room though and just shouted back, "Neh, Noona."
Without knocking, she opened the door and marched in, looking around.
"Hey!" Jiyong protested as she walks inside, looking around the room as she did. "It's really messy here..." He started, embarrassed at the chaos called his room.
"It's fine, I like it." She shrugs. She saw the pictures on his study table.
"You met through our brother, right?"
"Yes, she's one hell of a girl." Smiling at the memory of his dead girl.
"Do you miss her?"
As if someone knocked the air out of him, Jiyong paled and started breathing heavily. He had already accepted the fact that his girlfriend has passed away, but he couldn't changed the fact that it deeply affected him emotionally. And Dara, asking that question, reminded him of how he really did miss her.
"Are you okay?" She asked, she forced him to look at her. "You look pale. I'd go get some water for you."
She turned around to go down to the kitchens but his hand stopped her from walking away.
"Stay..." She hesitated a bit but pulled Jiyong in her embrace. He buried his face at the crook of her neck and smell his own scent, mix with hers. It was a very addicting mix that he finds himself smelling every inch of her exposed skin. His lips grazing every part his nose has traveled to, leaving a wet trail.
"Noona... I..." He stopped, and broke away from her embrace, refusing to look at her. He felt so embarrassed. "I... Mian... Mianhada..." He turned around and ruffled his hair. Jiyong covered his face with his hands, trying to hide his it from hers. "Mianhae Noona..."
"It's fine..." He forced his hands away from his face. She is older than him but he is still a few centimeters taller than her so she tilts her head to look up at him. "It's fine, Jiyong." She lightly caressed his lower lip with her thumb and felt it tremble under her touch.
"It has been a year, Ji. You have to try to forget my sister."
"I can't, Noona."
"You can."
"I can't!"
"You can!" She shouted back at him. "You can Jiyong!"
"I can't when all the time I spend here in this house, all I see is her, all I hear is her voice, all I remember every time I go to a room is her with me. We were happy! But, but that twice-damned accident took her away from me."
"I know... I know that." She pulled him again to her chest and kissed the top of his head. "Sanghyun told me how much you two were perfect for each other... But you have to move on. My brother is very worried about you... He's at home right now. But he wants to go back right away to check on you. However, my parents want to spend more time with him so I volunteer to go here.
"You have to move on. I am not asking you to forget her. I wouldn't do that. But please try your best to look for someone else who would be, even if not the same, special as she was to you."
Dara push him lightly away and stared down at his tearstreaked face.
She fell in love with him after meeting him for the first time at a gathering. He might not remember her from there, for he was still with So Hee that time. Seeing him in this state also pains her.
So she has decided to make him see the world again and not only stay in this house full of haunted memories of her sister.
"I know this girl from our neighborhood, she's sweet and caring and..." Dara went on and on introducing their neighbor, Chaerin, to him.
Dara loves him, yes. But she wouldn't take advantage of him in this state.
It's enough that she helped take his mind off of her sister's memories today.
Let him find his way to his new love, her mind whispers to her heart.
---------------
"Ji, this is Chaerin, the neighbor I am telling you about." Dara introduces him. "She's a rapper too!"
It had been weeks since her last visit to his house, and he decided to go to the Park's. Sanghyun visits him once a week if he's not busy.
So it wasn't really true when he told them that he dropped by because he missed his best friend. It was for the reason, however odd it may sound, that he wanted to see her.
"So I'd leave you two to your own?" Dara smiles warmly at the two. He followed her form as she saunters towards where their parents are. She whispers something to her mother and marches up the stairs.
"She's so beautiful, right?"
"Yes, she is." Then realizing he's with someone, he scratched the back of his head and grinned goofilly at the girl in front of him.
"You like her."
"You think so?"
"Yep."
"Err."
The girl giggles. "Why don't you go after her?" She winks at him and pushes him towards the staircase.
"Hey! Hey! Stop. I can't. Really!"
"Why?" Chaerin raises her brow at him.
"Aside from the glaring fact that she is my best friend's and my late ex's older sister?"
"What's wrong with that?" They both turn to Sanghyun, who seemed to have just magically appeared.
"Sanghyun! It's been a long time!" Jiyong exclaimed.
"Shut up! I just went to your house yesterday. Cut the bull, really. I know why you're here." He then throws a set of keys to his directions. He fumbles to catch it and looked at the two grinning at him.
"I'm glad that you have finally moved on, bro. Don't hurt her."
"Or you'd never see the end of our wrath..." Added the girl beside Sanghyun.
I sprinted up the stairs towards her room, taking three steps at a time, and leaving the party downstairs.
As he nears her room, the sound of people chatting and laughing and the soft music that hungs in the air slowly melted in the background.
Soon he finds himself in front of her room. He couldn't hear anything. He tries if the door isn't locked, but it is. So it is time for him to use the gift his friend has given him.
He pushed the door open and heard the faint sound of water mix with heartbreaking sobs.
'Why is she crying?'
He locked the door and marched straight to the glass doors of the bathroom with a determined look on his face.
He opened the door, noiselessly and saw Dara, naked as baby, standing under the shower. Water pouring down on her as she rested her forehead on the wall. Her hands covers her face, muffling her cries.
Jiyong didn't mind if he'd get wet and that he had no clothes to wear.
All that he wanted was to put his arms around that helplessly crying girl and kiss away her pain.
He grabbed her arm, which startled Dara, and hugged her wet body to him.
"Jiyong!"
"Why are you crying?" He asked her, whispering.
"What are you doing here? How did you--,"
"Your brother gave me your keys. Why are you crying?"
"N-no reason."
"Sure." He said, but still not believing.
"It really is nothing!"
"Yeah, you just said so." He shrugs and chuckles. He held her with his right arm and reached out to turn the shower off with his left.
"I think you've showered enough, neh?" He murmurs with a smile, gazing down at her swollen lips from too much crying.
He let her go and took the towel from the rack and started to dry her hair. He then proceeded to her face then her body; not leaving even an inch of it, wet and untouched by both the towel, his hands and his eyes; not minding the now red-faced Dara.
As the towel, his hands and his eyes passed a part of her body, his lips comes down to kiss it tenderly.
Every part of her. And he really enjoyed it, especially the part where he sloppily put his mouth on the peak of her mountains.
She didn't know where to hold on to as he ravished her body with his hands and mouth. Grunting and moaning as he pleasure her. Once he reached her toes, he open-mouthedly kissed her moistened skin between her thighs before carrying her to her bed.
"Ji..."
"Ssshhh..." He lay her down on her bed covered her naked body with her blanket. "Sleep tight, baby..." He whispered, kissing her fully on the lips.
"I want more..." She purrs.
"I know. But not now, babe. I just want you to take this easy. You need some rest." He lands his lips on both of her eyelids, forcing her to shut her eyes close. "Good night, Dara..."
"I'm your noona..." She mumbles, already half-asleep.
He chuckles and kisses her again on the lips. "Yep, and I am your oppa-like-dongsaeng... Saranghae." But she's already in dreamland.
"Saranghae," he repeats as he say down and rest his head on the bed, holding her hand as she slept peacefully. "Saranghae..."
